Exchanges for size errors are made by sending an email to [email protected] with the word "exchange". We will contact you shortly. Cardam will be responsible for sending the new size, while the customer will be responsible for returning the item. If you are from Rosario, you can come to our workshop. There is a 15-day period for size exchanges.
Returns can only be made within 7 days of purchase. It is necessary for all items to be in perfect condition, as they were sent, with their respective box, label, and clean. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
HOW TO BUY Choose the product you want to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue adding other products to the cart or click "Start Checkout". Fill in your contact details and click "Continue". Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue". Select the desired shipping method and click "Continue". Choose the payment method. After choosing the payment method, click "Continue". On the purchase confirmation page, you can review all the purchase information and confirm. After confirmation, you will receive an email from us. Once payment is received, we will send the receipt and your order.

If the order is international, CARDAM is responsible for all duties and taxes. Your order remains at the final price you paid.
How long does it take for the order to arrive? The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method. Generally, the delay is between 2 and 5 business days. For custom-made swimwear, the delay is 8 to 12 business days. For shipments outside of Argentina, between 5 and 15 business days.
