HOW TO GET THE DISCOUNT THROUGH THE PROGRAM?

NOTE: The cost of shipping the product for recycling, as well as the new product purchased from the website with the 50% discount, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Collection and classification: The first step in the recycling process is to collect lycra fabric waste from various sources, such as used garments, production waste, or fabric scraps. These materials are then classified according to their composition and color.
Shredding: Once classified, the lycra waste is shredded into smaller fragments. This can be done mechanically with mills or shredders, or by other methods such as chemical decomposition.
Washing and cleaning: After shredding, the lycra fragments are washed to remove any dirt, chemical residues, or other impurities. This step is crucial to ensure the quality of the recycled material.
Processing and refining: The clean, shredded fragments undergo additional processes to further break down the materials into finer and more uniform fibers. This may involve the use of mechanical, chemical techniques, or a combination of both, depending on the technology used.
Yarn or fiber formation: Once the recycled fibers are obtained, they can be spun or processed to form yarns or recycled lycra fibers. This recycled yarn can have various applications in the textile industry, including the manufacture of new garments, accessories, or textile products.
Production of new products: Finally, the recycled lycra yarn or fiber is used in the production of new textile products, such as clothing, sportswear, upholstery, among others. These final products can be fully recyclable at the end of their life cycle, thus closing the recycling loop.
